For people hailing from b’bay and pune, Pune DC is considered (without any reason to argue) the most sought location to work.
So we have a custom. Anyone getting transferred here has to give a grand treat. Jyo has been trying long to get a swap /transfer to Pune from chennai (now this is supposed to be the second hardest thing in the world of Infosys….. the first is from bhuvaneshwar). Recently, she got a temporary transfer, and her swap request is in progress.
So, whether to get a treat now, or wait for the official swap, was the big question. Par treat ke liye to hum kuch bhi kar sakte hain, so the big question had a simple and obvious answer.
Pranab jyo la mhanla..“tu treat de.. next day la swap confirm honar bagh…”. Jyo ni shahanya muli sarkhi saglyanna treat dili….. and the next day Pranab got a transfer to b’lore. :((
